School Spirits is a supernatural, teen drama and mystery TV show created by Megan Trinrud and Nate Trinrud. Season one of the show came out in early March of 2023 and got renewed for a second season.

They recently just wrapped filming season two, which is expected to come out early 2025. If you haven’t watched it yet, now is the perfect time to get caught up on either Paramount Plus or Netflix.

Last year, people were wearing cozy pajamas and eating snacks in their beds or sitting on their couches. All the suspense this show brings makes people want to binge watch the whole show until they reach the last episode.

The main character Maddie Nears, played by Petyon List, starts off the show dead, but she doesn’t know how she died. The whole plot of the show is to find out what has happened to her and how she died.

When this show ended it left off on a cliffhanger which made people more anxious for season two. 

The first season had 10 episodes, but they fly by.

This show gives off the same vibe like Pretty Little Liars. Both shows have a person that is “dead” and both have the characters trying to figure out who killed who.

Pretty Little Liars is a popular show that people love since both shows have almost the same technique. People who love watching Pretty Little Liars might love watching School Spirits if they haven’t watched it yet.

This show has the characters who are dead helping Maddie find out what happened to her and Maddie’s alive friends who are grieving her death.

One of the most enjoyable characters is Wally Clark, played by Milo Manheim. The comedic Wally, who died on the field during a high school football game, was really popular at the school.

When you first start watching this show it is confusing at the beginning and then it gets even more confusing as it ends on a cliffhanger.

That’s why people can’t wait for season two to come out and finally get some answers.
