Holiday movies for all kinds of tastes
Tobias Stroh, Staff Writer
While everyone has a preference for movies, there are 4 from my life that I would easily recommend to people. Whether you’re a horror movie buff, or a Hallmark lover, there’s a movie for you on this list.

A Charlie Brown Christmas (Hallmark animated): A 1965 classic, this movie won’t soon be forgotten. Whether it’s nostalgia or just a good movie, it’s aired almost every year around Christmas. A great Christmas classic, no kid hasn’t at least heard of this movie before. Unfortunately, this year it is only being shown on Apple TV+. So hopefully, you subscribe or have it on DVD.

The Santa Clause (Comedy): While not a classic-classic Christmas movie, it’s a classic. Tim Allen accidentally kills Santa clause, and turns into Santa. They could’ve stopped at the first one, but hey. Whatever your preference This movie is for a lot of people.

Krampus (Horror/Suspense) While it’s not the classic happy-cheery Christmas movie, it is a Christmas movie. Honoring the dark side of the holiday, a young boy disrespects Christmas and gets the attention of santa’s evil twin, Krampus, come to punish the misbehaved.

Die Hard (Action): While there is some controversy over whether this is a true Christmas movie, it is. It’s a movie about Bruce Willis trying to survive to go see his family for christmas. If you’re an action movie buff, you’ve probably seen this movie before. Remember your grey sweaters and Santa hats everyone!
