Q: Describe how you were feeling when you first found out you were nominated to be on the court.
A: “When I first found out I was nominated to be on homecoming court, I was so shocked and happy. I didn’t expect that I would be a nominee, and I started texting and calling all of my family members about the news.”
Q: What extracurricular activities are you involved in?
A: “Extracurricular activities that I am involved in are student government, STAND, National honor society, and I was part of the yearbook staff for two years.”
Q: What are your plans for after high school?
A: “After graduation, I want to attend college at IUB for premed so I can achieve my goal of becoming a pediatrician.”
Q: What is one of your favorite high school memories?
A: “One of my favorite memories was being able to be part of the Windy City Warmth Project with student government. We gave out coats, gloves, hand-warmers, and toiletries to the less fortunate in downtown Chicago. It was truly an enlightening experience and would love the opportunity to do it again.”
